Trampoline Dodge Ball Tournament: Join us for a fun-filled, action-packed event on February 1, 2018 from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Inja Nation, 102-52 Aero Dr NE, Calgary, AB.

This exciting dodgeball tournament is brought to you by Legacy Place Society, with support from Inja Nation, Johnson Home/Auto Insurance, and Shane Homes. This initiative supports families navigating PTSD, offering a thrilling opportunity to engage in friendly competition while raising funds for a great cause.

Event Highlights:

  • Limited Space: Only 10 teams available for the first round.
  • Team Composition: 9 players and 1 alternate, all must be 18 or older.
  • Creative Team Names & Costumes: Team costumes are optional but must not interfere with safety.
  • Registration: $20 per person (if no team, we’ll place you on one).
  • Pledge Requirements: Minimum $20 per person raised before participating (see pledge form).
  • Trampoline Socks: Available on-site for $3 or via registration.
  • Food and Drinks: Available for purchase, or bring your own snacks.
  • No Alcohol: Please, no alcohol on-site.
  • Teams: Police, RCMP, Fire, 911 Dispatch, CEMA, Corrections, EMS, Military, and more.
  • Emergency Support: EMS and cops on-site for safety.
  • New Initiative: Funds raised support Legacy Place Society’s Paddle Boarding on the Bow River initiative.

How to Register:

  1. Form Submission: Complete the registration form here.
  2. Email Team Details: Send Trampoline Dodge Ball Tournament  team member names to eyvi.smith@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, john.grillone@calgarypolice.ca, or diana.festejo@everythingmoosejaw.com.
  3. Create a Campaign: Set up a fundraising page at CanadaHelps and raise pledges to support the cause.

Comedy Night : This is the last day for ticket purchase!

$25 includes a pasta dinner with fixings, dessert and an evening of information and off the cuff comedy night!

Cash bar available.  The March 24th agenda includes:

  • What EMS looks like,
  • Why it is a rewarding career,
  • What do we as professional need to be mindful of with working in this settings,
  • Compassion fatigue/burn out,
  • Mental Health Continuum Model
  • Signs and symptoms members exhibit,
  • When to seek help,
  • AHS Peer Support, Family and Friends

Comedy Night Doors open at 5:30pm with opening comments at 6pm.
