What happens when I call the Confidential Phone Line? 

During the hours of 7am and 7pm we strive to answer all incoming calls. If we are unable to answer you will reach a confidential voicemail.  We will always do our best to return communications within 2 hours. 

Will my call or inquiry be reported to my department? 

Unless the call involves injury to self or others, there is no mandatory reporting.  All calls are confidential and privileged communication.

Can my family members utilize these services? 

Yes, if you are a direct relation to the Police/Peace, Fire, EMS, 911 Dispatch or Military but not limited to spouse, sibling, son, daughter, parent.  Should you have further questions contact Legacy Place Society directly.  Anyone accessing the house must first be approved by Legacy Place Society.  Unauthorized personnel in the houses will Legacy Place to possibly discontinue services.  This is for the safety, confidentiality and liability for the organization and the personnel who require these services.

Does Legacy Place Society get paid for referrals? 

No. Sustainability of the Society is maintained through donations and grants. There is a daily nominal charge for staying at the houses and a cost recovery charge for programs such as camps or workshops.

Where are you located?  

The addresses are confidential but are located close to major hospitals, shopping malls and transportation arteries.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation can vary due to the broad number of activities our organization engages in, however we do our best to be available for the following: 

Office Hours: M-F 8am-4pm 

Confidential Phone & Text Line: 7am-7pm
