FREE WORKSHOP – For Alberta first-responder families impacted by operational stress.
Delivered by Wounded Warriors Canada
Who it’s for:
- First responders who are impacted by the work (trauma-exposed professionals such as Police,Fire,911,Emergency Services,Corrections,etc)
- You can attend on your own or together as parents.
What you’ll learn:
- Impact of trauma on relationships
- Age-appropriate communication strategies for discussing Operational Stress injuries with children
- Emotional regulation tools for managing emotions and improving communication
- Methods for repairing relationships after difficult experiences
