Join Us to Raise Awareness for PTSD in First Responders and Military Personnel
About This Event:
Participate in our 24-hour walk to raise awareness for PTSD and mental health challenges faced by law enforcement, emergency medical/fire services, 911 dispatchers, veterans, and military personnel. Whether you can walk the full 24 hours from 10 am on October 1 to 10 am on October 2, or prefer to complete your distance at a later time and location, your participation makes a difference.
Support for First Responders:
We all know someone impacted by trauma, compassion fatigue, or physical and psychological strain due to their career as a first responder. No one should walk this journey alone. Together, we can help break the stigma around seeking support and promote healing for our heroes.
The psychological toll of these professions is profound, with lasting effects on mental health. We need to step up and ensure that first responders receive the help they deserve. Join us in promoting restoration, healing, and wellness. Break the stigma of PTSD as a community.
