Registration is open to any member of a Law Enforcement agency, Fire employee, Emergency Medical Services technician/provider and those in their immediate family. Edmonton First Responder’s Rodeo Association Rodeo events include bareback riding, team roping, wild horse race, saddlebronc, break-a-way roping, wild cow milking, ladies barrel racing, chute dogging, bull riding, steer scramble (Kids & adults) and mutton bustin’. The Edmonton First Responders Rodeo Association was founded in 2017 by a group of Fire, EMS and Police personnel, along with some trusted advisors all with a common interest in bringing a friendly rodeo competition to the Edmonton area where Police, Fire and EMS employees can compete in a fun, family oriented, western competition.  The Inaugural Edmonton First Responders Rodeo took place July 14th, 2018.
