Pull Ups For Mental Health CALM APP for Lethbridge First Responders – Legacy Place Society

Cst Terry Fieguth of the Lethbridge Police Service, completed an amazing amount of Pull-Ups.  4080 Reps! This initiative was in support of an awareness campaign to mental health of first responders and as a fund raising effort to bring a variety of practical initiatives to help enhance well being.  Terry raised $20,000!  In discussion of how to utilize these funds, Legacy Place has 2 initiatives – see attached poster for details, along with information regarding the CALM APP and Dr Kevin Gilmartin Emotional Survival For Law Enforcement book (applicable to all first responders – not just law enforcement)
