These six-week, peer-supported learning opportunities are designed for Veterans, military members, first responders, and public safety personnel who are interested in exploring growth, resilience, and purpose following adversity. Grounded in the evidence-informed principles of the Boulder Crest Foundation’s Struggle Well framework, participants will engage in facilitated discussions, reflection, and practical strategies that support Post-Traumatic Growth.
Program Details
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Schedule: Mondays, 14:00–15:30
Duration: Six consecutive weeks
Format: Closed group cohort
Capacity: Maximum 20 participants
Participation is open to individuals across Alberta and is not limited to current OSI-CAN Alberta program participants.
