DESCRIPTION:OSI-CAN Alberta is pleased to announce the launch of they’re new Struggle Well Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) Closed Groups\, beginning June 22\, 2026.\n\nThese six-week\, peer-supported learning opportunities are designed for Veterans\, military members\, first responders\, and public safety personnel who are interested in exploring growth\, resilience\, and purpose following adversity. Grounded in the evidence-informed principles of the Boulder Crest Foundation’s Struggle Well framework\, participants will engage in facilitated discussions\, reflection\, and practical strategies that support Post-Traumatic Growth.\n\nProgram Details\nStart Date: June 22\, 2026\nSchedule: Mondays\, 14:00–15:30\nDuration: Six consecutive weeks\nFormat: Closed group cohort\nCapacity: Maximum 20 participants\nParticipation is open to individuals across Alberta and is not limited to current OSI-CAN Alberta program participants.
