DESCRIPTION:ASIST Training in Calgary\, AB – May: \nJoin us for an ASIST training in Calgary\, AB on May 26-27\, 2025 hosted by Legacy Place Society. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. \nThe cost for each participant is $365.00\, which includes an ASIST workbook and 14 hours of educational credits. \nThanks to the generosity of our donors and fundraisers\, Legacy Place Society is pleased to cover this cost for participants.
