Camp Kindle
Legacy Place and Camp Kindle have partnered up for the Father’s Day weekend annual family camp for First Responders and Military Personnel.
Located in the picturesque Rocky Mountain Foothills, just outside of Water Valley, Alberta, Camp Kindle offers 160 acres of rolling hills, forest, and waterways, along with all the modern amenities we’re going to need for an awesome weekend together!

Our cozy lodge currently offers bunk bed-style sleeping arrangements. Remember to pack a sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, clothing suitable for various weather conditions, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, medications, personal snacks (No Nuts or Alcohol), and socks/slippers for indoor areas (no bare feet). Additionally, encourage your kids to prepare six thank-you cards, which we will send to the generous donors and Camp Kindle.
To secure your spot at this exciting camp, register through the Legacy Place Society. Complete the attached registration form for EACH participant and promptly send it back to Legacy Place. Payment of $100 per participant is required at the time of registration via E-transfer. Join us for an unforgettable experience!
HOW TO GET THERE
Camp Kindle is 45 minutes north of Cochrane, west on Highway 579. From Highway 22, continue to the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 579. Head west on Highway 579 for about 10 minutes. Camp Kindle is located on the north side of the highway.
